What happens after the 14-day free trial?
A few days before the 14-day free trial expires, you will be contacted by one of our support staff to discuss any questions or suggestions and to help you find out the best plan for your needs. All the data you have entered will be saved, so if you decide not to continue, after 30 days your data will be deleted.
Who is a contact?
It is very simple. A contact is a user with an email, user_id, phone number or a visitor who contacted you via chat. To keep it simple a contact is every person with whom you got some data or interaction. Anonymous users are not counted as a contact.
How do I get started?
You can use our application anytime and at any place. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection to access the application. You need no extra devices or programs. Contact us to get started on your account registration.
Is it possible to get refund?
We are sad to say but we do not offer refunds for our services. You can cancel your automated subscriptions any time, but once you pay for a subscription you can not refund it but are free to use our service until the next month.
Is personalization taking too long ?
Simple changes can be completed within the hour, depending on how you contacted our team. All changes can be completed fast and efficiently due to the nature of the application.
How to pay?
Look inside your wallet, if you got a credit card or a VISA or MasterCard branding, we would be delighted to help you with your payment process.
Am I going to be charged immediately?
Date of your first purchase is going to be your billing date, meaning until the next month on that date you are done with your payments.
